Salut,
Vreau să schimbăm puțin formatul pentru următoarea noastră întâlnire. Propun să lăsăm la o parte prezentările și să trecem la lucruri mai concrete.
Așadar, pe 14 noiembrie 2009 la ora 11.00, vă invit să vă murdăriți mâinile cu puțin cod, sub forma unor exerciții. Despre ce exerciții este vorba, vă las să citiți pe pagina aceasta. Ați citit? Bun.
La întâlnire vor fi prezenți Maria Diaconu și Alexandru Bolboacă - inițiatorii Agile Works România. Ei ne vor ghida și vor supraveghea bunul mers al exercițiilor.
Locația întâlnirii nu am stabilit-o încă dar un lucru e cert, pentru a asigura o bună desfășurare a lucrurilor, sunt disponibile doar 13 locuri (14 cu mine inclus).
Exercițiile presupun pair programming, deci trebuie să fie un laptop la fiecare 2 participanți. Când vă înscrieți, vă rog să menționați dacă veniți cu laptop sau nu. Cred că e subînțeles faptul că pe laptop trebuie să aveți un mediu de lucru funcțional. Ar fi bine să veniți și cu un coleg/prieten iar dacă nu, vedem la fața locului cum ne împărțim.
Pentru înscrieri vă rog să-mi trimiteți un email la breharmihai arond gmail.com. Nu uitați să specificați dacă veniți singur sau cu un coleg/prieten. Vă țin la curent cu stabilirea locației.

Jurgen Appelo is Chief Information Officer at ISM eCompany, recently rated as the #1 fastest growing technology company in The Netherlands. He leads a horde of 50 software developers, development managers, project managers, consultants, quality assurance managers, service managers and kangaroos, some of which he hired accidentally.
Jurgen is primarily interested in software engineering, quality improvement and complexity theory, from a manager’s perspective. He is trying to write a book about this, and he keeps track of it on his blog (www.noop.nl). Maria is an Agile and CMMI Practitioner. After more than 10 years as software developer, technical lead and manager she is trying to improve software methods of work by studying various topics, like brain’s hardwiring and limitations. She is working on increasing Agile awareness in Romania and she is the founder of Romanian Agile/Scrum community (www.agileworks.ro). Maria is working as software consultant, methodologies trainer and coach, guiding people and teams to achieve high quality software and increase their productivity - Scrum, Extreme Programming practices, Lean software development are some tools she use in this quest. She is also the owner of Mosaic Works, a company offering advisory and training services in software development area.
Alexandru Bolboacă

Alexandru worked in software development since 2000, in more than five countries and for customers in more industries including energy, printing, financial and banking. He is now a Software Development Consultant and Trainer, helping customers develop high quality software. One of the main projects he’s involved in is an innovative eHealth project. He also works in partnership with Mosaic Works on various projects related to improving the quality of the software developed in Romania. He studied in the recent years the influence of human factor in software development and continues to work to find ways to improve the software quality.

11 Iulie 2009: Code retreat - invatam/exersam/practicam scrierea de "clean code" si "good software". La munte (Bran), in week-end (doar sambata pentru ca duminica e program de voie), detalii aici: http://groups.google.com/group/agileworks-romania. Locatia a fost aleasa pentru a se putea ajunge usor din Bucuresti, Brasov si (speram) Cluj.
Meetup: 27 Iunie 2009: a 2-a intalnire a grupului Agile Update: din motive de vara si vacanta, evenimentul a fost amanat de aceasta data.
Tema principala: Scrum
Scrum: Un workshop pentru prima parte a intalnirii (optional, daca se voteaza pentru :) ), apoi discutii despre cum (ne) folosim (de) Scrum, de ce Scrum si orice alt topic propun participantii.
Daca va fi timp, putem sa extindem discutiile si pe arii de software craftmanship sau Scrum cu XP.

Ce s-a intamplat pana acum:
Martie 2009: prima intalnire Agile/Scrum - discutii generale despre Agile, Scrum, XP. Ne-am inceput activitatea de grup cu jocuri (unii le zic "Workshops" :) ) si am continuat cu discutii agile si foarte agile ;). Descriere eveniment si poze, aici.
