Software developers are proud of their code, but there is always something that can be done better (if we look in a honest way to our software applications). Code retreat este o tehnica de invatare rapida 'inventata' de miscarea software craftsmanship (derivata din XP). Cum ne vom organiza la code retreat? Vom avea de rezolvat o problema si trebuie sa respectam la scrierea codului anumite reguli. Vom lucra in perechi, la acelasi calculator, in iteratii de cate o ora. Dupa fiecare ora stergem tot codul si reluam rezolvarea.  De aceasta data incercam cu 3 iteratii. What we will discuss: It's software just another thing we can do or is a craft? How familiar are you with Agile best practices? Do you use pair programming to make a software as it should be? Corey is an experienced developer and pair programming is what he does on a (almost) daily basis.
